The Commonwealth Games is a quadrennial international multi-sport event among athletes from the Commonwealth of Nations, which consists mostly, but not exclusively, of territories of the former British Empire.

The Isle of Man has a long history of sending swimmers to compete at the Games with some excellent results recorded in the pool.

In 2026 the Games will be held in Glasgow and will feature a 10-sport programme, including six fully integrated Para Sports, hosted in four venues within an eight-mile corridor, ensuring an action-packed broadcast schedule across each day of competition and making the event accessible and appealing to spectators.

Selection for Team Isle of Man to participate at Glasgow 2026 will be subject to rigorous standards and these will be available in due course.
